Servr is a fully automated, simple and customizable solution future proofing hotel systems and guest services by putting everything onto a single platform. From front desk to revenue management, every process is easier, faster and better connected using Servr’s unique GuestX platform.
We are looking for an experienced candidate to come on as a Customer Success Training Support Executive, and to be with us in the long run, helping grow Servr from a start-up to the world’s leading Hospitality software company. At Servr, we are building a motivated and entrepreneurial team that is passionate about Servr values, technology & the hospitality Industry.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding new hotels and nurturing hotels that are already signed with Servr. You will be required to work cross-functionally, efficiently and motivated to understand the hotel’s needs and act as their first point of contact for our partners in order to drive satisfaction and further opportunities for Servr.
We are also looking for a candidate that has experience in Customer Success and Service functions and has experience working in B2B environments to build and scale our start-up.
