Technical Support Executive-IntegrateX

We are looking for an experienced candidate to come on as a Technical Support Executive and to be with us in the long run, helping grow Servr from a start-up to the world’s leading Hospitality software company. At Servr, we are building a motivated and entrepreneurial team that is passionate about Servr values, technology, and the hospitality industry.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for all technical aspects on the development side. Ensuring that Integrations processes are seamlessly conducted and implemented while following the customer success timeline and working closely with the Head of IT of the respective property, our CTO, Customer Success Manager, and Technical Success Manager. Responsible for implementing improved processes or operational policies. Alongside, he/she will have to recommend changes to the products or services based on customer feedback and with the goal to improve our applications’ UX and UI.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding new hotels and nurturing hotels that are already signed with Servr. You will be required to work cross-functionally, efficiently and motivated to understand the hotel’s needs and act as their first point of contact for our partners in order to drive satisfaction and further opportunities for Servr.

We are also looking for a candidate who knows how to build and scale start-ups as well as someone who has wide experience in software development, as our target market is influenced by decision-makers within the hospitality industry.

 What You’ll Do

  • Work closely with the GuestX Success Manager and support with integration-related questions. 
  • Collaborate in discussions with Hotels and their head of IT’s to clarify IntegrateX related concerns.
  • Work closely in collaboration with cross-functional teams like Revenue/Sales, Support, Development, Technical, Service, and Product. 
  • Working closely with the Development Team to ensure any technical-related issues and requirements are resolved in a timely manner and passing the information further to the CSM. 
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver Technical and product expertise to define and drive the technical strategy of Servr to build fast-moving efficient processes. 
  • Drive weekly, monthly, quarterly optimization tactics that consistently improve each channels’ conversion and efficiencies.
  • Be an advocate of Servr, our partners by bringing their voice into the rest of the organization 
  • Constantly find ways to foster efficient and effective utilization of CRM as well as drive Customer value from the Product.
  • Build fruitful relationships with the Technology heads at the hotel’s side. 
  • Working closely across teams to share ideas, feedback, and present results that drive business outcomes
  • Provide UI and UX-related feedback to IT and our organization heads with the intention to enhance and increase our and our partner’s business values.
  • Assist in the integration process with the PMS providers and keep track of the documentation and requirements.

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering with a minimum of 1 year in software development and 5 years of experience in a Technical Support role is desirable.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, comfortable working with the senior leadership team.
  • In-depth knowledge of .NET, Java scripting & Oracle applications
  • Proactive, versatile, quick learning & analytical skills, as well as an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Good knowledge of web applications
  • Effective client handling experience and excellent product knowledge.
